There are some exciting possibilities in Tulsa thanks to the United Way Social Innovation Grants.

Tulsa may not have a large tech scene, but it certainly is growing. One Million Cups in Tulsa has hosted a few of these companies to tell their stories, and there are local companies worth looking into.
